Datafile has been operating since 1985, serving organisations throughout the UK with four decades of continuous trading and product development behind it.
Vicen acquired Datafile in October 2022, when the directions were looking to sell the business to facilitate their retirement plans. Datafile had a sticky customer base due to their flexible solutions with high recurring revenue, a long runway for growth, and offered an attractive payback period.
Post-acquisition, Vicen has offered operational support while allowing Datafile to continue operating as its own entity.
